Tepenfield and group. Last weekend did not go well. Boat was much dirtier than FaceTime led us to believe. Lots of valvetrain noise in engines and a very noticeable soft spot ahead of the windless. My moisture meter red elevated levels around windless and near windshield. So, we've switched boat...
I suppose there are trolls in every online group. It's not that I cannot afford to have the boat hauled. I wanted to know what is common. I guess I should have asked AI.
We are visiting a boat we'd like to purchase. We've been searching for this particular boat all fall, winter and spring. We are going to inspect the boat and sea trial this weekend. My question for the group is, the boat is in the water now. Who pays to lift the boat out for the hull inspection...

Thank you for the great suggestions. I've checked some of these and will check others. I'm still looking for something that ties the two no crank engines together.
I pulled my start battery and had it tested. It tested good. It's just damn odd that both starters (engines) don't respond to the key switch. I cannot imagine how but it's like I destroyed both starters by jumping the solenoid. I don't know how safe it is, but I've considered wiring push button...
