    Anything new installed alongside the inner side (gunwale) of boat such as screws, speakers, upholstery, shifter control handle / area? Long screws will often catch / chafe the wiring along the gunwale. Seems you're getting close...Good job.(y)

Decent chance you have a bad connection at the Main wire harness 10 pin cannon plug at the engine… With the key on wiggle the wire wire harness and watch the gauges. See if they turn on and off.
