suggest draining prior to using the block-buster kits. Volvo Pentas only close cool the block and heads, not the intake. so unless you sample what is in the manifolds and hoses with a refractometer to ensure a -40F protection, you can still freeze

yes, the Q7 did come with the 6.2 as an option. most of the motors were the 50 MPI engine, and some received the entry level 4.3
however the OP asked if it was possible to go to a 5.0 from a 4.3, and if the boat could handle it....... and hasnt been back
so I am betting they dont turn...
the core plugs will hold 50 psi without issue. you can not generate enough pressure for that to ever happen if the block is in good shape

with wheels, the rack has to be big enough in both directions to keep the load from falling over when you move it and hit a crack, or a pebble, or a change in elevation.
if this is for storage, use the cherry picker, pick the motor up and move it over to the rack.
should be easy. however the boat is nearly 21 feet long. go with a 5.7 if you are sticking to Gen 1 SBC motor over the 5.0
