Merc 115 EFI 4-stroke Shaking and loss of pwr.

Hi all,
I had this problem last year and I seemed to fix it with a new thermostat. Well it is back again. It shakes and has a loss of power. The weird thing is that after about ten minutes of running, it seems to fix itself and run fine. The thermostat is not even a year old. Last year I checked the fuel pump, all the connections, the water seperator, and I cleaned the VST. I also took off all the injectors and checked to see if they worked with a 9v and cleaned them with merc power tune. I looked in my outboard manuel I bought and it says there is a thermo sensor. Anyone think this could be my issue?

Hi all, I am still working on trying to find the issue. I took the VST apart again and the gromet that the high pressure pump fits into is not seating right. It seems to look like the pressure is trying to push it out on one side. Does anyone think this is a big deal? The VST is sealed so I am thinking this might not be an issue?
